HISTORY OF KHARKIVENERGOREMONT-HOLDING

The history of our company began in 1946 — immediately after the end of World War II. It was then, with the involvement of engineering and technical specialists from the Kharkiv Turbogenerator Plant, that the state enterprise “KhAER” was established. Its primary goal was the restoration and modernization of energy facilities across the former USSR, which had been devastated by the war.

The pioneers of the company brought not only a strong technical foundation but also an advanced engineering approach. This enabled the enterprise, from its early years, to take leading positions among similar organizations within the country.

At its peak, our clients included more than 60 organizations, with a staff numbering up to 2,750 employees. Among them were 420 engineers, 35 technicians, and over 1,500 highly skilled workers. Each of them contributed to the growth of the company, which over the years only strengthened its position and expanded its expertise.

This was a time when experience, knowledge, and a shared purpose laid the foundation on which we confidently stand today.

Company activities cover a wide range of areas focused on the development and support of energy infrastructure both in Ukraine and abroad.

In particular, we engage in energy services market research and equipment condition analysis at generating facilities. We provide comprehensive services for the modernization, reconstruction, repair, and restoration of equipment at thermal power plants (TPPs), hydropower plants (HPPs), combined heat and power plants (CHPs), as well as at nuclear power plants, metallurgical complexes, sugar factories, oil refineries, and other industrial facilities.

We have experience in executing large-scale turnkey projects, from installation and reconstruction to full technical support.

We conduct equipment inspections, assess operational conditions, and provide recommendations to address deficiencies. We continuously improve through monitoring of advancements and new technological trends to stay one step ahead in the field of energy equipment repair.
