Our history
Our company dates back to 1946 when with the recruitment of technical specialists of Kharkov turbo-generator plant the state enterprise KhaER was established to rebuild and upgrade the power-generating facilities on the territory of the former USSR destroyed during the Second World War. The specialists of this plant introduced the high technical level into our enterprise which immediately made it possible to take the leading role among the similar enterprises of the former USSR. Over 60 companies and institutions were the customers of our enterprise. At certain times the enterprise employed up to 2750 persons including 420 engineers, 35 technicians, 1560 highly skilled workers. Our enterprise continuously acquired the new expertise and knowledge.
